Great people to work with. Excellent results. I am an avid Diy guy. He was able to succeed where I failed.

We needed repairs to our pine floorboards which had warped and cracked following a flood. Julio responded promptly to our initial inquiry, clearly explained the work he proposed doing, and completed the work on schedule...a job well done! It was a pleasure working with Julio, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Skilled, careful, neat, knowledgeable; good communication; met deadlines when they came up. Sanded and refinished all hardwood floors in our house and included stairs, rails, even closets. Installed tile flooring in our new kitchen and even wall tile (did a great backsplash over the counters. Reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had such a small tiling job that no one wanted to touch. Julio stepped right up and took good care of me. Not just chasing the buck. Really appreciated him.

Julio was originally hired to install LVP in our new home we were renovating. He and his crew did a fantastic job and even though we had a very short window before moving in and had not originally planned to refinish the wide board pine floors, he was able to do the job on short notice and at a very reasonable cost. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and we could not be more pleased with the project. The entire process was timely, reasonably priced and extremely professional. We already have plans for Julio and the Yoshii Floors team to come back to refinish our wood countertops and also retile a shower.

Julio was great to work with & everything he did is gorgeous! We discussed our design plan, then collaborated on our vision & his recommendations. He also picked up some extra pieces locally since our original order shipped from Natick. All his lines are even & walls perfectly flush. Work was done when he promised. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
